How will my coffee be packaged?

Mhor Coffee uses heat sealable stand up pouches with one way degassing valve, resealable zipper, tear notch and an expandable bottom gusset as our default packaging which will keep your coffee fresh for up to 6 months unopened (if you really want to keep it that long!). To ship your items we pack your bags of coffee into cardboard boxes which prevents your coffee from being damaged in transit. The cardboard boxes are 100% recyclable.

We currently deliver all over the UK .

How much is postage and packaging?

We use Royal Mail 1st class for all orders. We currently offer two flat rates which allow for orders of up to 2 bags (£3.95) and 3 bags and over (£4.95). For higher value orders, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery of FedEx which is tracked and requires a signature.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours of receiving it (under normal circumstances). During peak periods (i.e. Christmas) your order may take a little longer due to Royal Mail delays.

What if I’m not in when the mail arrives?

If you are not in Royal Mail will leave a card saying it has been returned to the post depot where you can collect it.  Many customers find it easier to have their coffee delivered to their place of work so that there is always someone there to accept it.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

You have a right to cancel your order within seven (7) days of ordering or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and gift cards are not eligible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@mhor.coffee

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are posting an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
