Acceptance of terms

These provisions (including the Privacy Policy together with any other documents referred to in these provisions) set out the terms and conditions on which you may make use of the mhor.coffee website (the “Site”) or our mobile application service (the “App”) (together the “Service”), whether as a guest or registered user (“Customer Terms”).

We may update these Customer Terms (and the documents referred to in them) and any aspect of the Service from time to time and will notify such changes to you by uploading details of them on the Site. You should review the Customer Terms periodically for changes. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms. If you do not agree to these Customer Terms then please do not use the Services or any part of them.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and click the “Add to Cart” button. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to deliver your order. We accept payments from all major credit cards and Paypal. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order normally and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency automatically.

We would like to make it clear that when a customer makes a purchase online they are agreeing to a legally binding contract.

When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not confer that a contract exists between us. A contract of sale exists when payment has been processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch at least 90% of our orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. For larger orders this may not be possible and you will be informed of the timescales for delivery within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. A confirmed date for delivery will be agreed. Thank you for your patience.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. Please note that product prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.

Credit Card Security

For secure transactions, your credit card transaction will take place on a third party payment gateways called Stripe and Paypal. This may require an additional security measures required by your bank. We do not store any payment details or credit card information on our site.

Returns Policy

Details on what we can and cannot accept as a return is detailed on our Returns Policy. We must be notified within 48 hours if any items received are damaged or missing. Any complaints or queries that you may have about an order please contact us by any one of our contact details in the ‘Reaching Us’ section above. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

This is a United Kingdom based e-commerce site and in situations of legal matter the UK law is the applicable law.

What data we collect

Like most organisations, we collect data in the natural course of running our business.

This privacy policy explains how we comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations).

We do not give, sell, exchange or rent users’ names, email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers, or any other personal or company information, to any other party or organisation for commercial purposes.

Flybox does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

All of Flybox International Ltd’s data is shared with our appointed marketing contractor Volpa Ltd, who are responsible for managing the business’s marketing communications.

We like to keep things simple so here’s an overview of what data we collect, when and what we do with it:

Our Customer Data – Privacy Policy

Online Customers

Online purchases are made via our dedicated website on a HTTPS (secure) link at www.flyboxdirect.co.uk which operates on a WordPress platform, hosted in the United Kingdom by Flywheel and uses a Woocommerce plugin to manage sales.

All data is backed up every 24 hours and Flywheel deploys server wide security and encryption to ensure our customers’ data is kept safe.

When our customer make a purchase, in order to fulfil their order, we collect and store the following data under grounds of legitimate interest:

      • First and Second Name
      • Company Name (if appropriate)
      • Postal Address (for sending out the order)
      • Phone Number (in case there are any problems with their order)
      • Email Address
      • Order Details (e.g products purchased)

All payment processing is handled off site by one of two third party payment processing providers, specifically:

Under current UK financial accounting regulations, this transactional data is kept for a period of 7 years and then is deleted.

Mhor Coffee Ltd has access to these payment portals in order to reconcile transactions for accounting purposes. Mhor Coffee Ltd complies fully with all PCI DSS compliance requirements put in place by these payment providers.

PCI DSS is the worldwide Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard that was set up to help businesses process card payments securely and reduce card fraud. The achieves through enforcing tight controls surrounding the storage, transmission and processing of cardholder data that businesses handle. PCI DSS is intended to protect sensitive cardholder data.

When you place an order with Mhor Coffee Ltd, you will also be asked if you wish to opt in to our regular e-newsletter. This is managed using a third party provider called Mailchimp. Before you are fully subscribed to this newsletter you will have to confirm your subscription by email which will be automatically generated when you select the opt-in option on the website.

Online Wishlist Users

Website users are able to create accounts without purchasing, within which they can store and retrieve wishlist items at a later date.

The information is stored in our website database and kept for a period of 2 years, after which it is deleted.

The information stored is:

      • First and Last Name
      • Email Address
      • Wishlist Products

Trade Customers

Trade purchases are made by phone, email or fax and we follow the same process outlined above for our Phone Customers.

When our customers make a purchase, in order to fulfil their order, we collect and store the following data in our accounting software Xero under grounds of legitimate interest:

Our E-Newsletter Subscribers

Mhor Coffee Ltd sends no more than 48 e-newsletters to our database over the course of a year (on average four emails per month). These e-newsletters include:

      • New Product Announcements
      • Special Offers

The only personal data we collect and store in this database, which is managed on a secure platform provided by Mailchimp is:

      • Your First Name
      • Your Second Name
      • Your Email Address

You can unsubscribe from this database at any time by simply choosing the “Unsubscribe” option on the footer of every email or by emailing us at team@flybox.co.uk

Email marketing messages may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement, geographic, demographics and already stored subscriber data.

Periodically, at least every 3 years, you will be asked to re-verify your subscription to this mailing list to ensure you still wish to receive communications from us.

Our use of Website Cookies

This website uses cookies to better the users experience while visiting the website. As required by legislation, where applicable this website uses a cookie control system, allowing the user to give explicit permission or to deny the use of /saving of cookies on their computer / device.

What are cookies? Cookies are small files saved to the user’s computer’s hard drive that track, save and store information about the user’s interactions and usage of the website. This allows the website, through its server to provide the users with a tailored experience within this website.

Promotional code terms and conditions

  • By using a promotional code you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
  • The terms and conditions on the Site shall apply to promotional codes. If and to the extent there is a conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Site and these promotional code terms and conditions, the promotional code terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency. The defined terms used in the Site terms and conditions shall also apply to these promotional code terms and conditions.
  • mhor.coffee promotional codes can only be used on mhor.coffee and towards the purchase of items currently featured on our Site, excluding delivery charges.
  • Promotional codes are an arrangement between you and us, and not between you and the Seller. Promotional codes cannot be used on the individual websites of any Sellers on mhor.coffee.
